• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.​

• We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The information provided on this site is for reference only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

• Prices - Prices of our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to update or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions or discontinuance of a Service. 

• We do not provide massage services to persons age 18 and under.​​

• No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the massage room and serenity soak areas.  We ask that children are accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.​​

• We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

• We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
  You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

• This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to update the content of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. 

• Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Medical History 

• We advice anyone with an underlying medical or health condition to consult their General Practitioner or a professional healthcare provider about receiving massages  at Anarga. On some occasions, based on your medical history, we may need to ask you to get a medical clearance note from your GP or other professional healthcare provider prior to providing services. ​

• ​​If you have any pre-existing medical condition(s) that suggest having a massage may adversely affect your health, we will NOT be able to provide you with any relaxation massage services at Anarga. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.​

• ​Due to associated health risks, we do not offer massages to pregnant women at Anarga.​​

• Please advise us prior to your booking if you have any ALLERGIES.​​

 

Covid - 19

​

Disinfecting counters, surfaces and handles occurs between clients though maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is not new to us.

Use of Masks: a mask must be worn when entering Anarga. You can remove it for the session and then it must be worn when leaving Anarga.

​

Vaccine Pass: please show your proof of vaccination via the My Vaccine Pass. We can scan an electronic or a printed copy of the pass at reception. We will only need to do this once and then a "vaccine verified status" will be added to your profile for future bookings, unless there is another requirement to scan the Vaccine Pass.

Hand sanitizing is available for your comfort and peace of mind.

Contact tracing: it is now a legal requirement to sign in on arrival. Please scan the QR code displayed or enter details in the register provided.

Please do not visit Anarga if you:

• are unwell and even with little sniffles. This is applied in any context (with/without Covid-19). Please see the contraindications list below.

• or someone else around you is unwell. 

• are awaiting Covid test results.

• have received a positive Covid-19 test result. 

• have had a vaccine within the last 14 days - we would like to reschedule your appointment to ensure that there is a two (2) week period between your massage and your vaccination. The reason for this time-frame is to wait for any potential symptoms/aftereffects from the vaccine to subside. Our bodies are all different so, not every one of us experience noticeable symptoms after vaccination. Your body will typically have some type of inflammatory response to these vaccines and could be a direct/total contraindication to performing and obtaining the best result for you from your Anarga massage session.

• have been in self isolation or instructed to do so until you are released.

• have been known to be exposed to a person who is positive for Covid-19.

Contraindications 

A contraindication is a reason why a massage therapist would not give a massage to a client because it may/will cause harm in some way to you.

Essential oils  

Essential oils are potent substances. Please make sure you are not sensitive or allergic to the essential oils. These oils are for external use only.

​Those with heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, inflammations, pregnant and other medical conditions should consult their doctor on use of essential oils.
